This Privacy Policy document describes types of information that is collected and recorded while you use the "Gift Unboxing Greeting" Application (also referred to as an "App" or "Application" in this section) and how we use that information. "Gift Unboxing Greeting" app is an offline application which does not collect any personal information from the app users.
The App distribution platfrom providers (i.e. Google Play and other) provide non-personally identifiable App statistics and usage data which slightly varies by platform but may include the following: the (1) installation / uninstallation day and time of day, (2) country, (3) phone model and (4) mobile carrier, (5) version of the operating system used, (6) version of Application installed, (7) mobile phone language, and (8) the crash analysis data. Besides other statistics the Microsoft Store also provides information about the user (9) age group (i.e. "18 to 24", "24 to 35" etc.) and (10) gender (male, female, unknown). The usage data (when available) may include the day and number of user sessions, and their duration.
Please refer to the corresponding Privacy Policies of each individual App distribution platform for more detailed information on the type of information they collect and make available to us as part of their "Gift Unboxing Greeting" Application distribution services.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to other service providers or websites the "Gift Unboxing Greeting" Application relies upon (such as the App distribution platforms "Gift Unboxing Greeting" uses). Thus, we are advising you to consult the respective Privacy Policies of these third-party service providers for more detailed information.
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help us improve the Application and our service. We will share your information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.
We may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
(1) as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
(2) when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
(3) with our trusted services providers who work on our behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.
(4) if the "Gift Unboxing Greeting" Application copyright holder is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our Web site of any change in ownership or uses of this information, as well as any choices you may have regarding this information.
(5) to share "Gift Unboxing Greeting" Application installation / uninstallation statistics (examples include the number of installations as a function of date/time, or the geographical map of "Gift Unboxing Greeting" Application installations etc.) available through the App distribution platforms statistics tracking features.
We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at bytran@bytran.org. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.
We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our Application. Please be aware that, although we endeavor provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
This Privacy Policy applies only to our Application and is valid for users of the Application with regards to the information that they shared and/or collect while using the Application. This policy is not applicable to any information collected offline or via channels other than through the use of the "Gift Unboxing Greeting" Application.
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile Application marketplace or network.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. Since we currently do not maintain a database of "Gift Unboxing Greeting" Application user email addresses we will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
